SALES RETURN POLICY
Valmont Return Policy:
Due to health code regulations, we cannot accept the return on any panty or thong unless the package is unopened.
All items (except panties) that may be returned within 5 calendar days from receipt (not business days) and cannot have been worn except to be tried on one time only. All original tags must be intact.
We will process your return or exchange within 10 business days and notify you once we have done so. If you requested a refund, we will process it in the same manner as the original payment.
Return / Exchange Shipping Fees:
The customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees UNLESS you have received an item that is either the wrong size, color, or style or the item is defective or damaged. In other words, you received an item which is different from what you ordered (we made a shipping error). In the unlikely event that you receive *damaged goods or items that you did not order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com so that we can arrange for the items to be returned to us. It is important that the items remain unworn, unopened, and unlaundered so we can credit you in full, including return shipping, if it is a result of our error.
*If you feel the item is damaged, we require you take a picture of the damaged item and attach the picture and email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include in the body of your email the reason you feel the item is damaged or defective. Once we fully comprehend the problem via your picture and detailed email, you will be able to return the item for a full refund (and we will also pay for the shipping back) via FedEx ground or a similar carrier.
If you find that your items don’t have the exact fit that you are looking for, don’t worry – please simply exchange the item. Simply email customer service about your desire to exchange the item for the correct size. Customer service email for exchanges is email@example.com. Customer will pay for shipping back to Valmont.
How to Return Your Purchase:
Please follow this one step to successfully initiate a return of your purchase:
RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) IS REQURIED:
- To initiate a return for a web order, please first email customer service. In the subject line put “RMA request.” Please email the exact nature of the problem and wait for our response on how to proceed. Remember, for defective or damaged merchandise you will be required to take a picture of the exact spot of the defect or damage. Please have the picture clearly show the defect or damaged spot or area of the item you wish to return.

Under some circumstance, your return may be subject to a repacking or restocking fee. Please note that we have the right to refuse any return if it does not meet our return guidelines.
At Valmont Intimates, we want you to be happy. We hope that you’ll be 100% pleased with your purchase, however we understand that sometimes there may be a need to return or exchange something. You may return unworn, unlaundered items (with all tags intact) we reserve the right not to accept returns that are damaged, including stains from deodorant and transfers of perfume odor.
